What does Coaching cover or entail ?

Coaching is a relationship that I have with my clients that is designed to facilitate the creation and development of personal, professional, organisational  and cultural goals and to develop and implement strategies and action plans to achieve the clients' agreed-upon goals and objectives.

  • Interactive and flexible - there is never one coaching model being used because every client is unique. Coaching style supports client's style
  • Use of stories and anecdotes to illustrate and reinforce certain learning points
  • Use of humour at appropriate situations and occasions
  • Listening deeply to what client is saying and not saying
  • Asking powerful, profound, penetrating and at appropriate times, Socratic questions
